I have the mower setup now.
Really great system. I love the autonomy the app on my iPhone gives me. I have had it on a couple times per day so far to get a bit of a head start as we’re moving (lawnmower staying) next week.
I’ll be controlling it from Auckland. And will get a mate in Wanaka to change the blades when they need doing.
I initially set the boundary wire up using the template for 4 inches, but as my wood edging was slightly raised it wasn’t suitable and the 10inch template was slightly too far in, so I made my own for 8 inches which is bang on for a flush cut against the edge.
The triangle template for the exterior corners is a good system.
Below are a few pics of the garage I’m making so it has some cover from the elements and the irrigation. Will clad it with iron on top and back, same as the house.
So far, I’m really impressed with it! 10/10. I’ll be recommending you to anyone else down this way that’s after one.
